Thank You Letter Format
It has been a while since we answered the questions left as comments, so I'm going to take the opportunity to do so now.

Please show me a format of a thank you letter.
A thank you letter can be formatted the same as any other letter. You'd start with a salutation or greeting, following by the body of the letter and end with a closing and your signature. If you are not familiar with business letter formats you might check out the business letter builder at Business-Letter-Templates.com
While you're at the website, you can also check out the library of sample thank you letters. There is a sample letter template for just about any situation.
